Code of Conduct

Here at Curtis timber windows, we value our business, the products we supply and the relationship with our customers, and with this in mind, we have created our own code of conduct to provide you with an expectation of us. window4s

Expectations for our customers

  • We will respond to all contacts in a polite and helpful manner
  • If we cannot take a call we will respond to a request as soon as is reasonably possible
  • Site visits and subsequent estimates will be dealt with promptly
  • You will be advised of earliest possible start date with an understanding of timescale of the project and payment schedule
  • On acceptance of an estimate and receipt by us of a signed contract, you will be placed into our system for processing and a date will be given for a return visit for accurate measurements
  • You will be kept fully informed of progress upon your request
  • During fitting your home will be treated with respect by any of our company staff with great care taken to ensure as little disruption as possible occurs
  • No property will be left unsecured either during the working day or at night
  • On completion, your home will be¬†left tidy ready for any remedial decorating by yourselves
  • An invoice will be issued as soon as is reasonably possible

Expectations for us

  • That we will be allowed reasonable access during the project to allow for estimating, final measuring and fitting on site
  • That all rooms being worked in will be cleared of ornaments, valuables and furniture as per discussions prior to the commencement of fitting. In some situations, we may be able to aid in this
  • That clear information of your expectations and specifications are given in reasonable time to allow for inclusion or alterations to be made
  • That in the event of any unsatisfactory work that we are made aware in writing as soon as is possible
  • That upon completion payment is made as per the terms of our contract
